This new complex consists of 25 cave-villas situated in Galera, a historical town in Granada province where you will find all the facilities you need such as restaurants, pharmacies, museums, etc...
The cave-villas offer a unique design and their principal characteristic is that they are able to maintain the same 21ºC temperature all year around, a factor that helps to save energy. The villas have 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, fireplace, kitchen fitted with oven and hob and a patio of 100 ? 300 m2 , with barbecue, at the front of the villa.
These properties are equipped with all the basic services: electricity, water, telephone, sewer system, television, etc? and all of them have amazing views of the Andalucian landscape.

El proyecto consta de 25 casas-cueva situado en Galera, pueblo histórico en el corazón de Granada donde se encuentran todos los servicios necesarios, como restaurantes, farmacias, museos, etc.
Cada casa-cueva tiene un diseño y una distribución totalmente única y se caracterizan por mantener la misma temperatura de 21ºC durante todo el año, factor que ayuda enormemente al ahorro del consumo de energía. Cada vivienda consta de entre 2 y 4 habitaciones, 1 o 2 baños, chimenea, cocina equipada con horno y vitrocerámica y plazoleta de entre 100m2 y 300m2 delante de la casa con barbacoa.
Las viviendas disponen de todos los servicios básicos: luz, agua, teléfono, alcantarillado, televisión, etc? y todas ellas gozan de magníficas vistas al paisaje andaluz.
